Glass container & magnet puzzle is part of the Tomb of Miktrull in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. You’ll have to go there during the main story, and you’ll encounter the puzzle while trying to raise the spire. You’ll notice a glass container with a golden sphere hanging from a chain. In order to free the ball, you need to break the container.
