The first thing that must be done and will most commonly resolve your issue is a gearbox oil and filter change. As this gearbox is the mps6 powershift (dct450) varient it has a dual wer clutch which runs in oil. The gearbox oil and Filter MUST be replaced every 3 years or every 37,500 Miles (whichever comes first ) My 2012 C Max, 2.0 diesel auto, 87K miles, lost all drive to wheels, and my local garage diagnoses a problem with the differential in auto gearbox.
