OP • 6 yr. ago. The trouble has been shot ;) Faulty screen/digitizer contact in the socket on Huawei's main board. Apparently, some moisture must have come past the gasket and onto the main board right below the screw. After some cleansing with a q-tip dipped with IPA, the watch returned to its normal functioning. Case solved!
